Your Bill image file will no longer provided on CD-ROM, but will be available online by visiting www.centurylink.com/myaccount and registering for My Account.

How To Create An Online Account
  1. Go to www.centurylink.com
  2. Click on My Account link in upper right side
  3. Click Enroll Now button
  4. Enter your Account Number in the Account Number box
  5. Check the "I have read and accept the CenturyLink Terms and Conditions" box
  6. Click continue
  7. Enter Billing zip code for verification
  8. Enter User Information
  9. Enter Login information
  10. Click Submit

Tutorials are available by going to www.centurylink.com and selecting Billing Help under the support tool box. Next, select the Business radio button, enter your zip code and click continue, then select the "Business Online Account Management Tours" link.

You will receive a summary bill for the first two months after your billing has been converted to the new system.

CB105 Billing Extracts

The format of your CB105 (a.k.a., "Bell South" or "Club") billing extract file is changing. You can review the format changes and access and review the process by visiting www.alternatebillmedia.com.

Your Bill image file will no longer provided on CD-ROM, but will be available online by visiting www.centurylink.com/myaccount and registering for My Account.

How To Create An Online Account
  1. Go to www.centurylink.com
  2. Click on My Account link in upper right side
  3. Click Enroll Now button
  4. Enter your Account Number in the Account Number box
  5. Check the "I have read and accept the CenturyLink Terms and Conditions" box
  6. Click continue
  7. Enter Billing zip code for verification
  8. Enter User Information
  9. Enter Login information
  10. Select a Bill Delivery Method
  11. Click Submit

Tutorials are available by going to www.centurylink.com, select Billing Help under the support tool box, Select the Business radio button, enter your zip code and continue, select Billing Help in the left navigation bar.

Online you will be able to locate your new account number(s) on your My Account page or My Organization account page. Your new account numbers will be listed at the center of your My Account screen after you log in.

For help matching your old account numbers to the new ones, click on the "Old/New Account Number Lookup" button at the top of the page. A layer will pop up on your screen where you can select the old account number you wish to look up. Once selected, the field on the right will fill in with the new matching account number for your reference.

EDI 811 Billing Extracts

The EDI 811 bill format is changing. You can review the format changes and review the process by visiting www.alternatebillmedia.com.

If you receive your EDI 811 file by CD-ROM or VAN these options are no longer available. Once the billing conversion is completed, options for receiving your EDI 811 will be Connect Direct or Secure FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

You will receive a summary bill for the first two months after your billing has been converted to the new system.
