In the third quarter of 2011, CenturyLink will implement a billing system conversion in Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington and Wyoming, as well as the remaining customers in Ohio. We are converting our customers' accounts on a state-by-state basis and have completed our new bill conversion in North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Tennessee, Virginia, Florida and parts of Ohio.
